Elizabeth McNannay - President/Founder
Ms. McNannay is one of the foremost experts on renewable energy grant writing and funding opportunities. Elizabeth owns and manages Resource Consultants, Inc., which secures funding for renewable and efficiency projects large and small. She specializes in assisting government entities, rural small businesses, farms and ranches, non-profits and tribes fund and implement renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Elizabeth spends her time working with business and municipal utility customers interested in renewable and efficiency opportunities, speaking to diverse audiences concerning grants, tax credits, incentives and other options for project funding, working on project, business and network development for the company’s clients, and driving her staff crazy. |

Matthew Stewart - Project Manager
Mr. Stewart has worn many hats during his time with Resource Consultants, Inc. He has performed key administration management functions, research and Energy Trust of Oregon outreach in the southern Oregon area. Currently his main focus is funding solutions technical writing. Matt has written over 40 renewable and energy efficiency grants since he began work with Resource Consultants, Inc. in 2008. Through his efforts, Mr. Stewart has saved Resource Consultants clients over 1,000,000 kWhs of electricity and secured more than $1,000,000 of funding. With a grant success track record of over 90%, his expertise in the field is impressive. |

Chris Temple - Outreach Manager
Mr. Temple has provided outreach consultation services since 2009. His primary responsibilities include coordination of multi-state USDA REAP opportunities, public speaking engagements and playing with his dog, Harley, during work meetings. Chris is currently working on utility outreach projects with a focus on managing the Pacific Power Blue Sky commercial program in southern Oregon. |

Jennifer Edington - Administration Manager
Ms. Edington has provided her bookkeeping and administrative skills for Resource Consultants, Inc. since 2010. Jen manages the day-to-day financial operations, operational database, tracking and reporting of company operations, employee-software interface, and payroll administration. Currently, Jen is working to complete her bookkeeper’s certification through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. |

Mark Seiler – Field Consultant
Mark Seiler joined Resource Consultants, Inc. in the fall of 2010. Mark’s main focus has been working out in the field, performing on-site energy assessments in several communities throughout Oregon. Mark is currently continuing his fieldwork with Resource Consultants as project manager for a pilot project with the Oregon Association of Nurseries. |

Karen Coffelt – Research, Field Assistant
Ms. Coffelt recently graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Since joining Resource Consultants, Inc. in March 2011, Ms. Coffelt has conducted outreach for Pacific Power’s renewable energy program - Blue Sky, assisted with grant writing and research, and served as the project manager for the Oregon Association of Nurseries’ (OAN) energy pilot. Karen plans to attend Oregon Health and Sciences University’s Clinical Laboratory Science program in the near future. |

Melanie MacKinnon – Field Consultant
Ms. MacKinnon has been interested in sustainability for years, especially in the areas of energy and local food. Melanie joined Resource Consultants, Inc. in 2011 and focuses on energy education, outreach and project development in southern Oregon. She enjoys organizing events and sharing her enthusiasm for renewable energy and energy efficiency at community events. Ms. MacKinnon has continued to build on her experience and education in the solar industry as evidenced by her NABCEP Solar PV Technical Sales Certification and successful completion of the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program. When Melanie isn’t involved with electrical energy, she can be found generating energy in the form of food by getting dirty in her vegetable gardens. |

Laura O’Leary – Field Energy Outreach Consultant
As a Field Energy Outreach Consultant, Laura works with businesses to help them identify ways to save energy and connect to applicable technical and financial incentives. Laura comes to Resource Consultants with over 12 years of experience in natural resource management and nonprofit and sustainability consulting, with an emphasis on energy, water, waste and ecosystem restoration. |
